Navakka länsituuli, aurinkoista ja melko kylmää. Tänään kiiruhdin saareen kesken työpäivän ja menin suoraan katajan luokse. Yleensä seison hetken rantakalliolla lintupiilon luona ja kuvaan sen polulta nähtynä ennenkuin siirrän kameran ja menen katajan vierelle. Sillä tavalla ikäänkuin valmistaudun tapaamiseen. Mutta tänään toimin toisin päin ja olin heti hämmentynyt. Tottumukset syntyvät nopeasti. - Linnuille rauhoitetun alueen rajaa merkitsevän köyden avoimella puolella on enemmän lintuja, siltä ainakin tuntuu kun seison katajan luona, joka kasvaa keskellä lintujen maata. Sen vieressä voin olla hetken rauhassa.
A fresh breeze from the west, sunny and fairly cold. Today I hurried to the island in the middle of the working day and went directly to the juniper. Normally I stand for a while by the bird shed and video film that from the path, before I move the camera and go and stand by the juniper. In that way I prepare myself for the encounter. Today, however, I reversed the action and was immediately confused. Habits are formed quickly. - There are more birds on the open side of the rope marking the area reserved for birds, or so it seems when I stand by the juniper, which grows in the middle of the birds' land. Next to it I can be at peace for a moment.
